Atsui Blue Light Special

okay so its been about 2, 3 years maybe since if drawn this character atsui a character i created in my own little dragonball comic i was working on..at any rate im glad i was able to draw her again and of course some changes where made but i think for the better who knows i might start back drawing her full time
